  1. Member Profiles: Allow members to create profiles with business information, specialties, and contact details.
  2. Event Management: Enable users to schedule and manage networking events, meetings, and presentations within the app.
  3. Referral System: Implement a structured referral system, allowing members to easily refer and track business opportunities through the app.
  4. Messaging: Provide a messaging platform for members to communicate, exchange ideas, and follow up on referrals.
  5. Member Ratings and Reviews: Allow members to rate and review each other, enhancing accountability and promoting trust within the community.
  6. Payment Integration: If applicable, incorporate a payment system for membership fees, event registrations, or other transactions.

Web App/Portal

(All the specific information shall be available to members only like training module, guides, rules etc., and members shall have one log in id and password, only active members who have paid fees shall have active log in ids)

Referral Bonus

BCI Referral Bonus Program has been designed to enhance collaboration, encourage active participation, and reward the exceptional networking efforts of our members.
To qualify for the referral bonus, a referral must meet the following criteria:
  1. The referred business must become a member of our BCI chapter.

  1. Celebration of Success: Recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments of individual members, acknowledging milestones, and highlighting the collective success of our chapter.
  2. Networking Opportunity: Providing an environment conducive to networking and relationship-building among members. The event aims to strengthen existing connections and foster new collaborations.
  3. Knowledge Sharing: Offering a platform for members to showcase their businesses in detail through the Member Spotlight Showcase, enabling a deeper understanding of each other's offerings.
  4. Inspiration and Learning: Featuring a keynote speaker to share insights on networking, business growth, and success strategies, inspiring members to strive for greater achievements.
  5. Acknowledgment and Awards: Expressing gratitude and presenting awards to members for outstanding contributions, referrals, and achievements, reinforcing the value of active participation in the BCI community.

Centralised Management

There shall be certain committees like Membership committee, Event and meetings committee, Referral Tracking Committee, Marketing and Promotion Committee, Training and Development Committee, Technology & IT Committee and Communication Channels Committee at National level. The Committee members shall be elected and nominated members from various hubs.

Inhouse Admin Department

There shall be an inhouse admin department, and shall assist all the National Committees to implement the planned actions as decided by committees.
