Business Circle India (BCI) Organizational Structure
This structure is designed to support the vision and mission of Business Circle India (BCI) by providing a framework for efficient operations, effective member engagement, and the promotion of ethical networking practices
It also aims to create a well-organized and supportive environment for businesses and individuals to connect, share referrals, and grow together. Regular communication, collaboration, and a focus on member engagement will be crucial for the success of BCI.
There shall be Core Leadership teams at National and Regional Levels. Each Core leadership team at National level shall have 10 members.
National Leadership team:
- National President/Chairperson: Provides overall leadership and direction for BCI.
- National Vice President: Assists the President and oversees national initiatives.
- National Secretary: Manages documentation, communication, and coordination at the national level.
- National Vice Secretary: Assists the Secretary and oversees national committees’ documentation and initiatives.
- National Treasurer: Handles national financial matters and reporting.
- 10 Regional Representatives
Further, entire country shall be further divided into 5 regions i.e. Western, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Central.
Regional Divisions:
- Regional Presidents: Head of each regional division, responsible for overseeing regional activities and reporting to the national leadership.
- Regional Vice Presidents: Support the Regional Presidents and step in when needed.
- Regional Secretaries: Manage regional documentation, communication and coordination.
- Regional Vice Secretaries: Support the Regional Secretaries and oversee regional committees.
- Regional Treasurers: Handles regional financial matters, accounts and reporting.
- 1 representative from Each Hub (Maximum 8)
All the Regions shall be further divided into smaller groups known as Hubs. Hubs shall be further divided into smaller zones based on locations and Each zone shall consist of local clubs. Each zone shall have 5-digit unique identity no., first 3 digits shall represent unique no. of Hub. Each club shall have 8-digit unique identity and first 5 digits shall represent the zone no. Such Hubs shall be divided Geographically as per the below table.

Further, for the assistance of National and Regional Core teams and management of organization, the core teams at different levels will form various committees.
All the national committees shall consist of minimum 1 member from the core teams and minimum 6 members nominated or elected from various Hubs as per the election rules of the BCI. Such Committees shall be formed only at the National and Regional level. Each Committee shall have 1 President and 1 Secretary from its members. Further there shall be an inhouse admin department, and shall assist all the National committees to implement the planned actions as decided by Committees.
National Committees:
- Membership Committee:
- Membership Coordinators: Management and formation of rules and regulations for new member onboarding, renewals, and diversity within the national organization.
- Events and Meetings Committee:
- Event Coordinators: Plan and coordinate national-level events, conferences, and seminars.
- Referral Tracking Committee:
- Referral Coordinators: The committee at national level shall be responsible for managing the referral policy, monitor the effectiveness of the same. Also, shall manage the national-level referral tracking system to ensure fairness and transparency.
- Marketing and Promotion Committee:
- Marketing Specialists: Develop national marketing strategies, manage social media, and promote BCI to attract new members.
- Training and Development Committee:
- Training Coordinators: Organize national-level workshops, training sessions, and educational events.
- Technology and IT Committee:
- IT Coordinators: Manage the national website, referral tracking software, and other technological needs.
- Communication Channels Committee:
- National Newsletter: Regularly provides updates, success stories, and relevant information to members at the national level.
- Regional Communication Channels: Facilitate communication within regions and clubs.
Hubs
Hubs Core Team:
- Hubs Presidents: Head of each Hub, responsible for overseeing hubs activities and reporting to the Regions leadership.

- Hubs Secretaries: Manage Hubs documentation, communication and coordination.

- Clubs focused on specific geographic areas within a region to foster local connections.
- Geographic Club Leaders: Facilitate localized events and networking opportunities.
